• Slow down and savor the moment

  • Find Peace. Eat Chocolate.

    1. Take a nice deep breath and imagine your favorite flavors. 

    2. Open your bar and look at the color and appearance. 

    3. Break off a small piece. Notice the snap of the chocolate and let the smell of the bar fill your nose. 

    4. Now the fun part: take that piece of chocolate and place it in your mouth. Nibble a little and let it melt on your tongue. Pause and savor the different flavors. Each bar offers very distinct sensations for your taste buds. 

    5. As the chocolate melts in your mouth, what does it feel like? Is it creamy or dry?  

    6. Now, repeat and share with a friend if you are so inclined.
